What a phase includes, and what it does not.

Fixed scope is only honest if the edges are written down. These are the edges.

Each phase is thirty days and has a defined deliverable, a defined measurement and a gate. The gate is not a meeting; it is the measurement either clearing the bar we agreed or not. If it does not clear, we fix it inside the phase, not in a change order.

What is in scope is written in the proposal, in your words, before anything starts. Work outside it is quoted in writing and accepted before it begins. We do not discover scope halfway and invoice for it afterwards.

What we need from you is access and one decision-maker. Access to the systems the site has to talk to is the single most common thing that delays a phase, and it is almost always procurement rather than engineering. We start that conversation on day one, not day twenty.

Model usage is billed at cost with no markup, itemised, and you choose the engine. After a successful first engagement, rates reset to the work each subsequent one needs.

Ask us what a phase would cost for your site.

It depends on the size of the catalog and what the site has to talk to. We will tell you before you ask twice.
