Site Rebuild

Everything you have, rebuilt from what is already there, and nothing you wrote lost on the way.

Most enterprise sites are not slow because of one mistake. They are slow because of eleven years of additions, each one defensible on its own: a tag manager, a consent sheet, a chat widget, an accessibility overlay, a visual-search script, three analytics tags from three different agencies. Nobody owns the total.

We take the site you have, every page and every product and every picture, and rebuild it. Your words and your brand survive intact; we are not here to rewrite your business while we are in the codebase. What changes is the weight.

What is in it · 22 deliverables

Everything this layer covers.

01Content and structure

  • Every page, product, article and image carried over block by block from the live site, not retyped
  • Every URL preserved. Anything that has to move gets a 301, and the map is published
  • Navigation, taxonomy and category trees reconstructed from what the site actually serves
  • Breadcrumbs rebuilt on every page and marked up so search and assistants can read the trail
  • Dead, duplicate and orphaned pages found and listed rather than silently dropped
  • Redirects already in place on the old site inherited, so chains do not break

02Brand and design

  • Your palette, typefaces, logo and spacing carried exactly, measured off the live site rather than approximated
  • Layout modernised without inventing content: nothing appears that you did not already publish
  • Rendered side by side against the original at phone and desktop width, and diffed heading by heading
  • Anything we add rather than carry over is labelled as ours before you see it

03Search and structured data

  • Titles, meta descriptions and canonicals preserved per URL, not regenerated from a template
  • JSON-LD rebuilt and validated: Organization, Product, Article, BreadcrumbList, LocalBusiness as the page warrants
  • Open Graph and Twitter cards with absolute URLs, so shared links render
  • Sitemap and robots.txt regenerated, with every page both listed and reachable by a link

04Images and assets

  • Every image re-encoded to WebP and AVIF at the widths the layout actually uses
  • Dimensions written into the markup so nothing shifts while the page loads
  • Fonts self-hosted and subset, with no third-party request before the first paint
  • Below-the-fold media deferred; above-the-fold media preloaded

05Proof it did not break

  • A content gate on every build: if one word of your copy went missing, the deploy fails
  • An SEO gate: a lost canonical, a duplicate title or invalid structured data blocks the release
  • A link and image gate: nothing ships pointing at a 404
  • Performance measured on a phone over the public internet, median of three runs, published with the method

Scope is written into the proposal in your words before anything starts. Anything outside it is quoted in writing first. See the engagement model.
